Skipping rhymes are mainly used in long rope skipping where they bring an additional level of interactivity to make the inclusion of a larger group more fun. Further more the skipping rhymes can bring an additional educational benefit to your skipping activity with counting rhymes, alphabet rhymes and rhymes encouraging more complex movements. This added complexity is great for developing brains!
