FREE - skip-hop gym workout in Surrey

So you have always wanted to understand what all the fuss is about?
You have heard skipping is a great form of exercise but how do you get started?

Well if you live in the Surrey area why not come down for a FREE 1 hour taster session and find out for yourself just how much fun you can have whilst getting super-fit.

skip-hop is a fantastic way to get fit whilst; burning calories, toning muscle, loosing fat, building stamina, improving balance, flexibility, co-ordination, and rhythm.

So why not come and join us at Dorking Sports Centre at 7pm on the Wednesday 2nd March and Jump in, Have Fun and Get Fit with skip-hop.

The FREE taster session will be followed by six weeks of one hour sessions on Wednesday nights at 7pm (£30 for all six sessions)
